I was going back and forth about getting them cleaned or just completely ripping them out and putting new flooring down. I decided right now, being a single mom, it would financially be better to just get them cleaned. And I am so glad I went through Get Steamed to do so!
Not only are they affordable but the staff has been nothing but helpful! They came out the next day to clean them. I was worried about my mother being at the house when they came because I couldn't be. She called as soon as the guy left and had nothing but GREAT things to say. She said the guy was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and went above and beyond our expectations! I got home from work and my carpets, no lie, look close to brand new! I was so worried prior because they had never been done. I felt like maybe I should just save up for flooring. That I would be wasting my money getting them cleaned. No money wasted. Completely happy customer!

Michael at Get Steamed cleaned our carpet today. What a professional! He was nice and thorough and took the time to explain everything he would do. There were a few problem areas - he offered services that were a little extra that he could perform, but we opted not to do them. I was thankful that there weren't a lot of added services upon the day of the service. It was exactly what we were quoted. In and out in an efficient amount of time. We are pleased with the services Get Steamed provided and the cost was reasonable.

I work for a local property management firm. We called Get Steamed when an air handler leaked over night soaking the carpet in a townhouse. They were out within an hour and extracted the water, cleaning the carpet and applied an antimicrobial. So happy with how quickly they came.
